Metro Facility Services is a locally owned, woman-owned commercial cleaning company based in the Twin Cities. We were founded on a simple observation: the vendor selection process is thorough, but the vendor management experience is usually terrible. We set out to build the kind of cleaning partner facilities teams actually want to renew.
In commercial cleaning, quality on any given night isn't the hard part. The hard part is quality every night, consistently, for years. That requires stable crews, supervisor accountability, and a company that actually returns your emails.
We structure our operations around those three things. Our cleaners are W-2 employees, not day labor. Every account has a named supervisor who walks the property regularly. And every client has a direct line to the owner if something isn't right.
The result is what you should be able to expect from a professional services vendor and rarely get: your building is clean, your emails are answered, and your invoice matches your contract.
$2,000,000 general liability coverage with a commercial property policy. Current COI provided on request and updated with your building's insurance requirements.
Every team member is janitorial-bonded and covered under our workers' compensation policy. Background checks completed before first shift.
Registered Minnesota LLC in good standing — and a woman-owned business qualifying for supplier diversity programs. State and local business licensing current.
We don't use 1099 contractors or temporary staffing agencies for core cleaning work. All cleaners are employees receiving proper taxes and benefits.
Every contract, every night, on schedule. The single most important thing a cleaning vendor can do is actually be there when they said they would.
Problems are inevitable. Unreturned calls aren't. We respond to every client inquiry within one business day — usually within a few hours.
If we missed something, we say so and fix it. If a scope change costs more, we tell you before we do the work, not after the invoice arrives.
A walkthrough takes about 30 minutes. You'll meet the person who would actually supervise your account, and you'll have a written, itemized quote to compare against your current vendor within three business days.
