Restroom Sanitization

Restrooms drive the majority of tenant complaints in commercial buildings. We treat them as a dedicated scope with documented procedures, not an afterthought at the end of the shift.

  • Toilet and urinal cleaning, inside and out, with disinfectant
  • Partition wipe-down and touch-point sanitization
  • Sink, counter, mirror, and fixture detail
  • Floor disinfection — mopped with dedicated restroom-only equipment
  • Consumable restocking: paper, soap, liners, air fresheners
  • Monthly deep clean: grout, baseboards, vents, dispensers

Floor Care

Floors are an asset on your balance sheet. Proper periodic care extends their life by years and keeps them looking new. We quote floor care as a separate program so it never gets squeezed out of a tight nightly budget.

  • VCT strip and wax — typically 2–4 times per year depending on traffic
  • Hard floor burnishing and high-speed buffing between strips
  • Carpet extraction with truck-mount or portable units
  • Grout cleaning and sealing for tile installations
  • Spot treatment programs for high-traffic lanes
  • Scheduled around your building — weekends, off-hours, or holidays

Day Porter & Post-Construction

For buildings with public lobbies, heavy restroom traffic, or event-driven schedules, a day porter keeps the space presentable during business hours. We also handle one-time cleanups on your schedule.

  • Dedicated daytime attendant — full shift or partial hours
  • Lobby, elevator, and common area touch-ups
  • Restroom checks and mid-day restocking
  • Event setup and breakdown support
  • Post-construction cleanup: debris, dust, fixtures, detailing to occupancy standard

Construction Crew Logistics

Built for general contractors and property managers running active build-outs or renovations. We coordinate the cleanup side of the project so your trades can focus on their scope.

  • Daily trash-out and debris removal to on-site dumpster
  • Between-trade cleanup to keep the site safe and productive
  • Dust control: wipe-downs, filter changes, negative air as needed
  • Final post-construction detail clean prior to turnover
  • Coordination with GC superintendent on daily task list
  • Weekly invoicing with itemized labor and materials
